Treadmill Interval Training

I bet that you have never taken the chance to properly explore your treadmills exercise functions.  If you’re like me, once you get on the treadmill you have to click ‘quick start’ before you talk yourself out of it.  Interval training is a training method that uses periods of high intensity exercise followed by periods of low intensity exercise.  Interval training allows you to burn more calories in a shorter period of time, when compared to a regular intensity training.

Here are a few routines that you can now include in your treadmill workout that adopt interval training concepts.
