The definitions of meditation are diverse, some regard meditation is the mental concentration on something, others consider that we meditate when we imagine something that gives us peace or satisfaction. Meditation is a popular way to deduce stress, create balance and find your inner peace. Meditating outdoors is a great way to combine these with the added beauty of being surrounded by nature. Some say that happiness is a state of mind, therefore the real source of happiness lies in the mind, not in external circumstances. Meditation is a way to help us relax the mind and achieve clarity. Doing this for 10 minutes today will help to achieve these results.
