Now that it’s well and truly smoothie season, we’re going to start to introduce various recipes to get your creative food brains flowing with ideas. We’ve recently come across a new favourite: The Green Ginger Peach Smoothie. Next time you’re at the supermarket, stock up on these delicious ingredients and throw them in the blender when you feel like a quick, healthy and refreshing snack. Your tastebuds will thanks us.

  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
  • 2 cups frozen sliced peaches
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • Ice

Blend, serve, enjoy.
