By swishing coconut oil in your mouth between 5-15 minutes may help to improve oral health.
Any vegetable based oil (coconut is most popular)
Place 1-2 tablespoons of your chosen oil in your mouth and swish around. If the oil is solid and room temperature start chewing the oil to break it down, once it becomes body temperature it will turn into liquid. Be careful not to swallow.
Between 5-15 minutes is suggested as this is long enough to make your pearly whites feel squeaky clean.
Once the timeframe of swishing has passed spit into a bin and rinse your mouth with warm water.
Brush your teeth after and start you day feeling fresh!
