Listening to music whilst exercising can really push us more physically and mentally. In fact, Dr. Costas Karageorghis of Brunel University, London suggests that listening to music can result in a more intense workout and improve endurance by up to 15 percent.

Here are his suggestions:

“Here It Goes Again” (146 BPM), O.K. Go

“Feel It” (133 BPM), Tiesto

“Pop That” (138), French Montana
