    110% agree that music helps me work out! I swear I update my playlist every week. The beat of whichever song is playing tends to be the beat that I run too so I find upbeat songs best! Can also vouch for the stretching one! I’m waaay less sore the next day if I’ve cooled down and stretched correctly at the end of a session ?
