Summer is fast approaching and we have the perfect ice cream recipe that is paleo and can be completely customised to your preferred tastes.
You will need:
4-large frozen bananas
1/3 cup desiccated coconut
1/ In a food processor blend the banana until ice cream consistency (this may take a while whilst stopping to scrape down the sides every 30 seconds)
For the last 30 seconds add the cinnamon to taste
2/ scoop ice cream into a glass bowl and add to the freezer for 1 hour
3/ Scoop your ice cream into a bowl and sprinkle with desiccated coconut
