Summer Smoothie Bowl
Here is the perfect summer smoothie bowl recipe that will keep you full and satisfied all the way through to lunch. This beauty is “choc full’ of super foods including acai, cacao and coconut water.
Choc Peanut Acai Bowl
Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 Tablespoon organice cacao powder
2 Frozen acai smoothie packs
1-2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
½ cup coconut water
Toppings:
Cacao nibs
Banana Slices
Granola/muesli
Coconut chips
Chocolate covered goji berries
Bukinis
Method:
1/ Place all the smoothie bowl ingredients into the blender and blitz until the desired consistency, be careful to stop and scrape down the sides to be careful.
2/Once the desired consistency pour into your bowl and add the desired toppings.
