Fruit Sorbet Recipe 

A Healthy, low sugar fruit sorbet:

Ingredients:

2 Cups of seasonal fruit (berries, watermelon, peaches, apple etc, this will be the flavour of your sorbet)

1 Banana

1 Cup Coconut Milk.

Method:

1/ Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until completely smooth.  It will become a puree.

2/ Pour into a freezer safe container and freeze for 1-2 hours until set.

3/ Re Blend and then return back to freezer until set.

4/ Serve as a perfect summer treat for those hot days.

 

Chocolate Filled Raspberries

Perfectly satisfying and delicious.

Ingredients:

1 punnet of fresh raspberries

¼ Cup of milk or dark chocolate chips

½ teaspoon coconut oil

Method:

1/Place raspberries into muffin tin to help hold them up,

2/ Heat/Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave or on the stove, stir until smooth.

3/ Pour the mixture into a zip lock bag and cut a tiny hole in one of the bottom corners.

4/ Squeeze the chocolate mixture evenly into the raspberries.

5/Place the muffin tin into the freezer and let set for approx. 15 minutes.

6/ Keep in the freezer in an airtight freeze proof container and enjoy as you need them!
