10 Minute Interval Running - Incorporate 10 minutes of interval running into  your daily workout routine. Interval running is good for fat burning because in your periods of rest you body absorbs oxygen and oxygen is essential for in the break down of fat as an energy source. Interval training also helps you to build speed, strength, and efficiency
