Workout with a friend - People who exercise in a group tend to work longer and harder than those who train solo, as a new research from Great Britain reports. At least once a week, ask a friend to join you in the gym, go jogging, go walking in nature, or meet a friends and go for a bike ride. Take a friend who with motivate you and keep you in a good mood.
