Toned Arms

  1. 10 push ups
  2. 24 bicep burners (8 full bicep curls, 8 curls half way up, 8 full bicep curls)
  3. 15 shoulder presses
  4. 10 push ups
  5. 15 tricep dips
  6. 15 back rows
  7. 15 lateral raises
  8. 10 push ups
  9. 13 tricep kickbacks with 20 tricep pulse backs
