Exercise Outdoors - Pick an outdoor activity – some fund outdoor workouts include going on a hike, taking a nature walk, playing games with the kids, cycling, roller blading, tennis or swimming. to shed that cooped-up feeling of gym workouts. It is not only a cheaper option than going to the gym but you can get a good does of sunshine and put yourself in a great mood.
