Keep it fresh - Choose a home-made salad over take away food for lazy nights. Large portions of takeaway require more energy for the body to digest, especially those high in fat. Eating fresh food can lead to better sleep and a have an energetic start to the morning. Eating fresh foods can gives you more energy, helps reduce weight gain and may even reduce the effects of ageing.
