Summer Body Challenge: Day 20

Day 20 of the #SMTSummerBodyChallenge 

Don’t drink your calories – Only drink water today. When you drink soft drink, alcohol and juices you are adding unnecessary calories to your diet that add no nutritional benefit to your body. Lay off the soda and juice. Soda is a can full of empty calories and offers absolutely no nutritional value. Cut back your soda intake to at least once a week if you must have soda. Same goes for the juice.
