The food additives you should avoid

Where do the toxins that consume come from? And what foods are they in?

Here is a list on the additives, their codes and the foods they are most commonly found in, please ensure you read the back of al labels to avoid eating these toxins/additives.  These additives shouldn’t just be avoided during a Teatox, we recommend keeping the consumption of additives to a minimum.

Hotdogs, bacon, ham, luncheon meat, cured meats, corned beef, smoked fish or any processed meats.

 

These additives are not your friend and are added to foods to make them more appealing, increase the shelf life, enhance flavor , improve palatability, appear different color, have a different texture etc.  Try to consume only natural non packaged foods and create meals from scratch!
