Make your on-the-go breakfast the night before. All you need is a mason jar and the following:
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 -1/2 cup almond milk
1/3 cup natural yoghurt
½ tbsp. chia seeds
pinch of salt
Stir everything in a bowl, until combined. Add to your mason jar and let set over night. Take your overnight oats on the run with you, or have a quick breakfast at home before you start your day.
You can make a month of frozen smoothies in an hour, and that’s a month worth of hassle free breakfasts.
Simply store your favourite smoothie combination in a freezer proof bag. In the morning get your smoothie out before you shower or get dressed, then empty the contents of the smoothie pack into a blender with your favourite plant based milk.
1 cup of spinach
1 frozen banana
½ cup pineapple
Handfull of blueberries
1 chopped and frozen apple
add ½ cup almond milk when you add to your blender.

Make hard boiled eggs in advance
Probably the most underrated breakfast, for something so quick, simple, tasty and healthy.
Boil up a whole pot of hardboiled eggs that can last the week, keep them refrigerated and in their shells until you decide to eat them. You can mash them on toast or eat them as is.
Eggs are the perfect breakfast choice as they are high protein, they will keep you fuller for longer. Serve them on toast or part of a healthy breakfast salad.
