2 cups cooked and pureed pumpkin
1 cup cooked and pureed sweet potato
2 tbsp coconut four
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp paprika
salt and pepper
1/Preheat over to 180 degrees and line 2 baking trays with baking paper
2/Cook your sweet potato and pumpkin (steam, boil, whatever suits)
3/ Puree the cooked pumpkin and potato in a blender
4/In a bowl mix all ingredients together
5/Place spoonful’s of mixture on to he prepared baking trays and add to oven for 40 minutes
6/Cook until the gems are golden brown on the outside and soft on the inside
- Might need a spatula to scrape under the gems to lift them off the baking paper.
