3 Step Green Smoothie
In 3 simple steps you can have yourself a filling and nourishing smoothie
Pick 1 of your greens:
2 cups of spinach
1 cup of kale
½ head of 1 heart romaine
¼ cup raw broccoli
1 small head of bibb or boston lettuce
Pick 2 of your fruits/veggies
1 cup grapes
1 apple
1 orange peeled
1 cup melon peeled
½ cup papaya
1 cup pineapple
1 cup berries
1 banana peeled
1 cup mango peeled
2 stalks of celery
1 kiwi peeled
1 carrot
1 cup peaches
½ cup cucumber peeled or unpeeled
1 pear
Pick 1 liquid
1 cup plant based milk (soy, almond, coconut, cashew)
1 cup yoghurt (coconut or greek)
1 cup freshly squeezed fruit juice (apple, orange)
1 cup water
Place your choices into a high speed blender and blitz until the desired consistency.
