DIY Detox bath Soaks

Epsom Salt Bath

Dissolve 2 cups in a full bath tub-

Soak for 15 minutes

Epsom salt is rich in magnesium and sulfate.   By placing Epsom salts into your bathwater, you are creating an environment where reverse osmosis occurs.  This process draws toxins out from our body and absorbs magnesium and sulfate into our bodies.  Magnesium plays an essential role in improving muscle and nerve function, reducing inflammation and improving blood flow throughout the body.

Essential Oils Bath

Add a few drops of your favourite essential oil to a running bath.   Peppermint and Lavender are great to add to your bath and the steam should help to breathe them in.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Pour 1 cup of apple cider vinegar into bathtub,

Soak for 10 minutes

External use of apple cider vinegar is proven to improve blood circulation in the skin and prevent bacteria and regulate pH.
