Low GI Apple Crumble

½ apple, chopped

1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped

¼ cup frozen cherries

1 tablespoon almond meal

1 teaspoon coconut oil

1 tablespoons coconut flakes

1 tablespoon sunflower seeds

1 tablespoon buckwheat flour

Pinch of Cinnamon

Pinch of Nutmeg

 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Add apple and cherries into a ramekin.
  3. Place dry ingredients into a bowl, add heated coconut oil and create a crumble.
  4. Sprinkle crumble mix on top of fruit.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
