Time for a detox? Here are our five favorite ways to detox away those unwanted toxins from your system.

1. Dry body brushing – Using a dry body brush, brush your skin in upwards or circular motions before having a shower. It can assist by exfoliate your skin, unclog pores, reduce fluid retention and boost the lymphatic system.

2. Eat more fruits and vegetables that are high in fibre – Fruit and vegetables that are high in fiber can improve digestion, reduce bloating, prevent constipation and keep you feeling fuller for longer. Choose foods such as Broccoli, Pears, Raspberries and Avocados.
