- 1 tablespoon of freshly grated turmeric
- 1 cup of dairy free milk (we like almond, cashew or coconut best)
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
- Honey to taste
- Combine all ingredients (except the honey) in a saucepan and gently heat, ensuring you don’t boil the liquid.
- When hot, add to a blender and blend until foamy.
- Pour into a cup, add honey to taste, sprinkle over cinnamon if desired and enjoy!
