Turmeric Latte Recipe

Ingredients –

  • 1 tablespoon of freshly grated turmeric
  • 1 cup of dairy free milk (we like almond, cashew or coconut best)
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • Honey to taste

Method –

  1. Combine all ingredients (except the honey) in a saucepan and gently heat, ensuring you don’t boil the liquid.
  2. When hot, add to a blender and blend until foamy.
  3. Pour into a cup, add honey to taste, sprinkle over cinnamon if desired and enjoy!
