Get at least 8 hours sleep tonight - the benefits of sleep go way beyond boosting your mood. Sleep is a key part of a healthy lifestyle, and can benefit your heart, weight, mind, and more. Many of are also known to over compensate by eating more when we don’t have a restful sleep. Get enough rest and you don’t need to snack to stay awake.
