Gwyneth Paltrows Morning Smoothie

Gwyneth drinks one of every morning. Whether or not she’s detoxing. 

Serves 1

1 cup almond milk

1 tbsp. almond butter

1 tsp. coconut oil

2 tbsp. vanilla protein powder

1 tsp maca

1 tsp ashwagandha

1 tsp. ho shou wu
1 tsp. cordyceps

pinch Himalayan sea salt

pinch vanilla powder (optional)
