Here is her feedback: “This is a photo of myself at Christmas 2013, I was 20 years old and weighed 87 kg and was extremely unhappy with my appearance. I would say that I was quite a lazy person who didn’t particularly enjoy exercising and my love was pizza, pasta and soft drink. After a while, I stopped going out with friends as it was getting more difficult to find clothes that would fit and I would get quite upset and once again find comfort in food.
