Weekend Workout: Sunday

This week, we’re posting a little something every day to help keep you motivated to improve your health and fitness. Although they might seem like small, inconsequential little tips, sticking to a routine to help you achieve your ultimate health goals can make a huge difference over a long time. Add your own little DIY workouts or healthy eating tips over time.

  • Buy fresh foods for the following week to make sure you’re prepared for the following week
  • 1 hour afternoon walk
  • 30 minutes of cardio
  • 1 hour yoga or pilates, put aside some “me-time.”
  • 25 left leg lunges
  • Finish with 25 right leg lunges
