Here are 3 effective detox bath recipes that you should add to your next bath! Detox Baths are a great way to feel more relaxed, leave your skin and body feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Below are some tips and recipes -    

Epsom Salt Bath

Dissolve 2 cups in a full bath tub and soak for 15 minutes. 

Essential Oils Bath

Add a few drops of your favourite essential oil to a running bath.  Peppermint and Lavender are great to add to your bath and the steam may relax your breathing.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Pour 1 cup of apple cider vinegar into bathtub and soak for 10 minutes.
