DIY Essential Oil Foot Soak

There’s nothing more exciting then taking your shoes off after a big day. Below is a great recipe to pamper your feet and that can be used to reduce swelling of our feet and promote relaxation.

You will need:

1 Footbath, bucket or pan large enough to hold 4-5L of water
1 cup Epsom Salts
Peppermint Oil
Eucalyptus Oil
Sandalwood Oil
Kettle or pot to boil water


Boil 4-5 Litres of Water and pour into the footbath. Add 1 cup of Epsom salts, and two drops of each essential oil.
Wait until the water is cool enough to place your feet into. 
Let your feet sit in the bath until the water becomes cool.Dry your feet with a towel and enjoy the soft relaxing
