Uses of Apple Cider Vinegar

Over the past few years the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) have become increasingly supported and accepted. Apple Cider Vinegar is made from cider or apples that are fermented using a process where the alcohol created is converted to vinegar.

In recent years Apple Cider Vinegar has growing popularity for its roles in:

  • Home and Lifestyle
  • Beauty
  • Food and Drink

Home and Lifestyle:
Apple Cider Vinegar can be used as a natural cleaning product!

Ingredients and Method - 

½ Cup ACV
1 Cup Water
Mix in a spray bottle and use to disinfect areas and leave a subtle apple smell. 

Beauty:
Use ACV to help tone and tighten skin whilst preventing breakouts!

Ingredients and Method - 

Mix 1 Part ACV to 2 Parts water, gently cleanse face being careful to avoid your eyes!

Food and Drink:

Replace store bought salad dressings with ACV; it has a wonderful tangy flavour that replicates balsamic dressings. Or add a dash of ACV with any smoothies or juices to enhance the nutritional uptake of our bodies.
