Banana and Honey Smoothie for Hair:

You will need - 

  • 1 Mashed Banana
  • 3 Tablespoons Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Egg
  • 5 Tablespoons Olive Oil 

Method –

  1. Take all ingredients and place in a bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Apply to hair, leaving for 15-30 minutes.
  4. Wash out with shampoo.

Aloe Vera and Olive Oil Mask:

You will need –

  • 5 Tablespoons Aloe Vera
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Egg Yolk

Method –

  1. In a bowl mix olive oil, aloe vera and egg yolk well and before that heat the olive oil for just 8 to 10 seconds.
  2. Apply it on your brittle and dry hair with hair brush.
  3. Leave 4 to 5 hours, or apply it overnight.
  4. Wash off wish mild shampoo.

Almond Milk and Coconut Oil Mask:

You will need -

  • 4 Tablespoons Almond Milk
  • 5 Tablespoons Egg whites
  • 1 Tablespoons Coconut Oil

Method –

  1. Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and gently apply it on your hair with brush.
  2. If applied overnight, it is the best remedy for those with dry hair.
  3. Wash off with cold water and mild shampoo. 

Avocado and Banana Hair Mask:

You will need -

  • ½ Cup Banana
  • ¼ Cup Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Wheat Germ Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Yogurt 

Method –

  1. In a blender mix well all the ingredients until it turns smooth.
  2. Massage with the smoothie on your hair and leave it for about 15 minutes.
  3. Shampoo your hair as usual.
