Fruit Pizza Recipe
Looking for a creative and fun way to eat fruit? Fruit Pizza is the answer.
You will need:
1 whole watermelon
Blueberries
Strawberries
Banana
Raspberries
Kiwi Fruit
Natural greek yoghurt (optional)
Method:
- Slice your watermelon into round circles being careful that it does not roll around. The slice each watermelon round into pizza like slices.
- Top your slices with as much or as little fruit as you like
- If you wish to dollop some natural Greek yoghurt on each slice you can do so.
- Eat like you are enjoying a yummy pizza slice.
This is a creative and fantastic way to increase your daily fruit consumption. Don’t forget it is recommend we consume 2 sevres of fruit and 5 serves of vegetable every day!!
