I love Aloe Vera and glad this article shows the deferent benefits of its use! Just to add to the list, not only is Aloe Very great to use topically but it is amazing to take in internally. Adding it to juices would probably be your best bet (warning- if you eat the gel straight out of the plant – well good for you! It’s way too bitter for my liking). Aloe Very can be directly used on the skin to relieve redness and even acne and acne scars! Just scoop gel out of an aloe vera plant and rub it into your face in circular motions and leave on until you feel like it’s dried out or 10-15 minute and wash your face and you’ll have soft more hydrated skin!
