An alternative to nasty potato chips, these zucchini chips have no added preservatives and no hidden nasties!
1/ Preheat the oven to 110 degrees Celsius
2/ Wash, dry and thinly slice zucchini, you can use mandolin slicer
3/ Spread zucchini slices onto baking sheet on top of baking tray
4/ Lightly spray with cooking spray
5/ Sprinkle parmesan and garlic powder onto your sliced zucchini being careful not to use too much
6/ Bake for 1.5 hours, checking every 10 minutes after the first hour
7/ Bake until the desired texture and eat immediately after removing from oven as they will still be crispy.
