After a quick an effective morning workout that wont leave you too exhausted for the rest of the day! Get your body toning exercise out of the way in the morning, not only will it be over and done with before you start your day, it will leave you alert and ready for the rest of the day.

Push-ups - 15 

Squats - 15

Plank hold – 30 seconds

Bicycle Crunch – 30

Jog – 100 meters

5 X Repeats
