- Wanting to trim and tone your arms for summer, here are some fantastic weighted arm exercises that are sure you get your arm beach ready!
For weights you will need either:
- Tinned food you can substitute as dumbbells
- Resistance band
If using a resistance band you will need to lie the band flat, step onto the band with feet hip distance apart and grab each end of the resistance band per hand. Make sure you are holding the bands in a location where there is just the right resistance, if you find you fatigue easy then place your hands closer to the ends, wanting a harder workout then grab the band further away from the end.
