Summer Body Challenge: Day 2

Day 2 of the #SMTSummerBodyChallenge 

Drink more water. Not only is it good for you, but it will also keep you feeling full without the calories. Not only will it keep you full, but it will also help you allow you flush toxins out of your body. I know its cliché, but carry a bottle of water (preferably a BPA free reusable bottle) with you and drink often. Beware, you will be hitting the bathroom often.
