200 Squat Challenge; Squats are not only good a building a strong booty, they also great at build up the muscle in your entire body. Squats are also great to burn more excess fat, help you maintain Mobility and Balance as well as boost your sports performance. This challenge can be done in one go or gradual throughout the day.
