Summer Popsicle Recipes
Fresh Fruit and Coconut Popsicles
Ingredients:
Fresh Strawberries, sliced thinly
Fresh Kiwi, peeled and sliced thinly
Frozen slices peaches
Organic coconut water
Method:
1/Carefully place your sliced fruits into a popsicle mold.
2/ Fill mold with with coconut water. Place in popsicle stick.
3/ Freeze overnight.
Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 ½ cups strawberries, stems removed
1 cup water
½ cup agave syrup
1/ Blend all ingredients well.
2/ Fill mold with the liquid mixture and add a popsicle stick
3/ Freeze overnight.
Coconut and Blood Orange popsicles
Ingredients:
1 can full fat coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla bean paste/extract
1 ¼ cups fresh blood orange juice
¼ cup agave syrup
1/ Whisk coconut milk, vanilla and 2 tablespoons of agave until creamy
2/ In a separate bowl, stir together blood orange juice and remaining agave until combined.
3/ Pour the coconut milk into popsicle mold, divided evenly across the molds. Place in freezer for 10 minutes and then top with blood orange mixture. Place in a popsicle.
4/ Freeze overnight.
