Here at SkinnyMe Tea we have worked with a handful of health professionals (including personal trainers, yoga instructors, nutritionists and naturopaths) to provide what is recognised as the most essential and beneficial exercise techniques! Our weight loss programs includes all of these methods and different variations of each!
Resistance Training
Resistance training is an essential part of any fitness regime! Resistance training offers exercises that are designed to help you build strength and improve definition and tone in your body. The benefits that can be achieved through resistance training include:
- Improved muscle strength and tone
- Helps improve and maintain flexibility and balance
- Helps with weight management
HIIT Training
High intensity interval training involves alternating between high intensity exercise and low intensity exercise and/or rest. This training is designed to increase your heart rate and help to burn excess fat. They are effective calorie burners in a short period of time and even after as our body experiences excess post exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC).
LIIT Training
Low intensity interval training can be used to maintain fitness level whilst being great to burn fat. When our body is partaking in light exercise there is plenty of oxygen available, which is essential is fat burning as oxygen is required to break down fat as an energy source.
Yoga
Yoga is a fantastic method to stimulate your bodies detox organs, boost your circulation and clear your mind all whilst increasing flexibility, tone and balance.
