Summer Smoothie
Matcha Lime Summer Smoothie
Serves: 2
1 cup of organic coconut water
2 teaspoons of match green tea powder
2 tablespoons of avocado flesh
Juice of ½ lime
1 small frozen banana
¼ cup of diced cucumber
1/ Add the coconut water, Matcha, avocado, lime zest and juice to blender and blitz until smooth.
2/ Add frozen banana and cucumber and blend until smooth again.
3/ Pour 2 serves and share
