Killer summer morning workout

Wanting a quick, but effective summer morning workout that you can do literally any where this summer?

The trick to this early morning workout is that no matter what your fitness level is you only do as many reps as you are capable/your fitness level is capable of,  in the allocated timeframe (1.00 minute).  

  1. Push-ups
  2. Superman
  3. Bridge
  4. Tricep Push-ups
  5. Cross toe Touch
  6. Alternating lateral lunge
  7. Jump Squats
  8. 1 minute rest

Beginner x 2

Intermediate x 3

Advanced x 4
