Kale, Pineapple and Almond-Milk Smoothie

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 cup chopped kale

½ cup diced pineapple

1 banana



Puree ingredients in a blender until smooth


Strawberry and Grapefruit smoothie

1 grapefruit, peeled, seeded and chopped

2 cups of hulled fresh strawberries

1 pink lady apple

1 cube fresh ginger, peeled and chopped.


Puree ingredients in a blender until smooth


Antioxidant Smoothie

2 cups mixed frozen berries

1 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice

1 cup water


Puree ingredients in a blender until smooth


Breakfast Smoothie

½ cup natural yoghurt

1 banana, peeled and chopped

1 cup strawberries, hulled and fresh

dash of almond milk

1 teaspoon honey

Handful of ice


Puree ingredients in a blender until smooth


Protein Smoothie

1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

½ cup silken tofu

Slash of pomegranate juice

1 tablespoon of honey

1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed

1/3 teaspoon of finely grated ginger


Puree ingredients in a blender until smooth



Papaya-Ginger Smoothie

1/3 cup of papaya (chunks)

Handful of ice

1/3 cup natural Greek yoghurt

1 knob of chopped ginger

1 teaspoon of honey

Juice of ½ a lemon

4 mint leaves


Blend papaya, ice, yoghurt, ginger, homey and lemon juice. Add ¼ cup of water. 1 teaspoon at a time, until the mixture is smooth.  Blend in mint leaves.


Apple, carrot and ginger smoothie

1 cup fresh carrot juice

1 green apple, peeled, cored and chopped

2 teaspoons of fresh gated ginger

1 cup freshly squeezed OJ

1 tablespoon of honey


Freeze carrot juice in ice cube tray over night.  Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.


Pear, Oat, Cinnamon and ginger smoothie

1 medium pear, peeled, seeded and chopped

1 cup of almond milk

½ cup rolled oats

3 ice cubes

1 teaspoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon almond butter

½ teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger

Pinch cinnamon

Himalayan Salt


Freeze pears over night.  Combine pears, almond milk, oats, ice, maple syrup, almond butter, ginger cinnamon and a pinch of salt to a blender.  Blend on low and gradually increase speed to high, until desired consistency.


Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

½ cup skim milk

1 small banana

½ teaspoon peanut butter

3 ice cubes


Puree ingredients in a blender until smooth




Energy Smoothie

¼ cup almond butter

1 teaspoon ground cardamom

1 ½ cups water

1 cup frozen peaches

1 teaspoon agave syrup

½ cup ice


Puree ingredients in a blender until smooth
