100 Calorie Blueberry Muffins

Recipes serves 12
Ingredients

1 cup unrefined flour

1 cup oats

1 tsp baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

½ cup unsweetened apple sauce

2 egg whites

½ cup stevia

1 ½ cups water

1 cup blueberries, frozen

 

Method

1/ Spray a 12 cup muffin tin and preheat oven to 350

2/ Mix flour, oats, soda, cinnamon and salt together.

3/ Add applesauce, stevia, egg whites and water, mix until blended.

4/ Add blueberries and gently stir through

5/ Bake for 2-25 minutes until the tops are lightly brown
