Blueberry smoothie

Serves 2


400 grams fresh or frozen blueberries

2 bananas

1 tsp vanilla

1-2 cups coconut water

** optional; scoop of plant protein or 1tsp of coconut oil


Blend all ingredients on a high speed.

Top with fresh blueberries



Banana Berry Smoothie

Serves 1


½ cup coconut water

6 Strawberries (fresh or frozen)

Pea protein powder (vanilla flavour)


2 Medjool Dates


Blend all ingredients on a high speed

Top with fresh strawberries, cacao nibs and caramelized bukinis


Healthy Green Smoothie

Serves 2


2 cups Greek yoghurt

1 cup coconut water

2 cups pineapple chunks

1 cup green, seedless grapes

1 whole green apple, cut into chunks

1 whole per, cut into chunks

1 whole banana peeled

½ bunch kale leaves

¼ cup honey


Blend all ingredients on a high speed
