Firstly, some of you may be asking; what is Feb Fast?
Feb Fast runs for the entire month of February (which is conveniently the shortest month of the year), Feb fast is an entire month free of Alcohol and sugar!! You can choose to do this on your own, or join the Feb Fast community, where you raise funds for Australian youth support programs. When you sign up for Feb Fast you make a donation which can go towards your total funds raised and you can ask friends and family to support you through donations.
