Delicious Benefits of Ginger Water

How to make it? 

Add a piece of fresh ginger (approx 4 cm) into 2 cups of boiling water. You can either grate the ginger or just cut it into small pieces, or you can even try a garlic crusher.

Drink it either hot or cold whatever your preference. Plus, you can add raw honey, lemon or your favourite tea for some extra flavour.
