Morning Cleanse

Directions

Evening Cleanse:

Infuse 1 tea bag in a cup of near-boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. Drink one cup every second evening after dinner.

Morning Cleanse:

Infuse approx 3g (1 teaspoon) in a cup of near-boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Drink 1 cup every morning with breakfast.
